Ingredients:
8oz. patience
1/2c. acceptance
1/2c. organization
1/2c. mindfulness
1/2c. humor
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients in a quiet pot and slowly bring it to a boil. Then, remove the lid and blow off some steam with exercise. Add humor and take a step back to laugh a little at the situation. Reduce heat and watch without judgement; wait without keeping time. When everything thickens but can still go with the flow, it’s ready.
